When planning your menu we will always try to incorporate
both seasonal and local produce and tailor it
especially to suit your requirements. All our menus are (if
required) supplied with all required Kitchen Equipment, Crockery,
Cutlery, Table Linen, Fully Trained Service Staff and Refrigerated
Transport.
